My wife and I both have these sets. Includes a door jam piece so you can attach the bands to the inside of your house door, hotel room door. Includes an exercise sheet. Bands are well made and should last for a long time. You can use several bands simultaneously. Recomended!

Work amazing, I tried similar bands in the past but non of them provided this resistance and easy setup, the material is very strong.
The fitness rope looks sturdy, I don’t know how durable it is, I hope it will last long. 100 pounds are enough to practice, good thing for home exercise.
